Overview
Our trust program is built on security-first operations, responsible data handling, and continuous improvement.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based, and MFA is required for administrative access. Systems are monitored and regularly tested.
Availability
Our systems are designed for high availability. Monitoring and recovery plans are in place and tested regularly.
Processing Integrity
System processing is designed to be complete, valid, accurate, timely, and authorized. Change management and monitoring controls support reliable processing outcomes.
Confidentiality
Access to customer data is limited based on least privilege. Employees are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Privacy
We collect and process data only as needed to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data.
Compliance
Our control environment aligns with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. SOC reports are available to eligible customers and prospects under NDA.
Incident Response
We maintain an incident response plan and notify customers of significant incidents as required.
Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Backups
We maintain business continuity and disaster recovery practices designed to restore platform availability after significant disruptions. Production systems are backed up periodically according to standard operating practices, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability in line with recovery objectives.
